These Terms of Service govern your use of Paris Leather Concierge and any related services, website pages, checkout flows, account pages, and communications.

Service Overview

Paris Leather Concierge provides independent concierge assistance for Paris leather appointment request logistics, shopping itinerary planning, and related travel support. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hermes or any other fashion house.

Client Authorization

By using the service, you authorize us and our Paris-based coordinators to use the information you provide for the appointment request and concierge support services you request. You are responsible for making sure all information you provide is accurate, current, and submitted with your consent.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Appointment allocation, boutique access, product availability, purchase decisions, and any other boutique outcome are controlled by the relevant boutique or fashion house. We do not guarantee an appointment, purchase, product, bag, or result.

Personal Attendance

Any appointment remains personal to the client. If an appointment is allocated, you are responsible for attending personally with the same identification details used in the appointment request. We do not sell, transfer, or resell appointments.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, subscriptions, and checkout are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included services will be shown at checkout or in your account. You authorize recurring charges when you purchase a subscription. You may manage billing through the account or billing portal when available.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are charged for the selected billing period and are not automatically prorated. Refund requests are reviewed at our discretion and may depend on whether concierge work has already begun.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, misrepresentation, appointment transfer, resale of appointments, or any activity that violates third-party rules or rights. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service if we believe a request creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paris Leather Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses related to missed appointments, denied requests, unavailable products, travel changes, or third-party decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
